Message from Dean Allen T. McInnes, Ph.D.
The Jerry S. Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University is increasing in quality and academic excellence as we are ensuring our place as the business school of choice. The college’s rising standards and excellent reputation are attracting outstanding faculty and the very best and brightest students from across the state and the nation.
The business world has changed. Medical and legal professionals, architects, and engineers, now more than ever, have a much greater need for a business education. By partnering with other colleges on campus, Architecture, Engineering, Medicine, and the Law School, to offer joint masters programs, we have increased and enhanced the value of our professional degrees.

Also, the Rawls Career Management Center offers many student services such as assistance with resume building and honing interviewing skills, and large Career Fairs are hosted twice a year on campus.
There is much on the horizon for the Rawls College of Business. From our building campaign to our minor’s program and new entrepreneurial studies to our energy commerce initiative and our Career Management Center, we know we have an exciting future ahead.
